MANUFACTURING

Kelan has the in-house capability to produce the following:

  • Multilayer panels with up to 12 layers
  • Panel dimensions up to 796mm x 477mm and thickness up to 5.5mm
  • Buried and blind via hole boards
  • Track and gap spacing down to 0.100mm (0.004”)
  • Finishes HASL, Immersion Silver and Electroless Nickel/Immersion Gold.
  • Laminates; CEM1, CEM3, FR2, FR4, High Tg FR4, High Performance RoHS FR4, Polyimide, Rogers RO4003
